- Account Information: Owner name, shop name, phone number, email address, and optional UPI VPA address for generating payment QR codes.
- Shop Records & Transactions: Daily sale entries, service catalogues, discounts, payment classification (Cash, UPI, Card), and shop expenses recorded by you.
- Customer Credit Ledger Data: Phone numbers, names, and credit/repayment ledger entries for customers you register under credit tabs (Kadan).
- Technical & Usage Data: Device browser type, IP address, and system diagnostic logs to ensure reliable service delivery.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly to provide and support your shop operations:
- To record, organize, and calculate your shop's daily revenue, expenses, and credit balances.
- To generate digital receipts and enable quick sharing via WhatsApp or other messaging tools.
- To process account verification codes and provide customer support when requested.
- To maintain system safety, prevent fraudulent account activity, and maintain accurate backups.
3. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Your shop data is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your shop sales figures, customer ledger contacts, or financial details to third parties or marketing agencies.
4. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party service providers solely for infrastructure support:
- Cloud & Hosting: Encrypted cloud database infrastructure to sync records across your devices.
- Analytics & Quality: Privacy-focused analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity) to detect broken buttons and improve performance. No sensitive transaction values are captured.
5. Data Ownership & Retention
You remain the complete owner of all records created under your account. Your information is maintained in your active account so you can access past month reports and customer credit statements whenever needed. You can request account deletion or data exports by contacting support.
