Welcome to Super salon (ssalon.in). By registering, accessing, or using our mobile billing and shop management web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Description of Service
Super salon provides cloud-based digital bookkeeping, billing, service cataloguing, customer credit ledger tracking (Kadan), and daily expense management tools designed for salon, barber shop, and beauty parlour operators.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate shop details during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and pin codes.
- You are responsible for all entries, sales, and transaction records created under your account profile.
3. Pricing & Pay-as-you-grow Usage
Use Super salon free until sales recorded in the app reach ₹1 lakh. A ₹50 payment is due at that point and can be made via UPI. There is no monthly fee.
4. User Obligations & Accuracy of Data
Super salon acts as a digital bookkeeping tool. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction amounts, service rates, customer phone numbers, and credit balances entered into the system.
5. Service Availability & Maintenance
We strive to maintain maximum continuous uptime for cloud sync and WhatsApp receipt links. However, periodic maintenance, system updates, or emergency server checks may temporarily limit access. Scheduled maintenance will be carried out during off-peak hours whenever possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Super salon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain reliable automated cloud backups, Super salon shall not be held liable for indirect commercial losses, uncollected customer credit debts, or internet connectivity issues on the user's mobile device.
